Positions Available:

Rapidly growing financial institution seeks sharp, self-motivated, and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor on the phone and in person. A bachelor’s degree and experience in the fields of banking, finance, or investing are preferred but not required. Vacation, medical, dental, and retirement benefits available following six months of employment. Full-time position with hourly pay (starting compensation commensurate with experience). Advancement within our organization will be available to anyone who excels in this position.

Our new client representative will provide outstanding customer service and client education via email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings. We thrive on exposing clients to new ideas and opportunities, but we do not sell investments or provide investment advice. The job requires significant phone time but NO cold calling.

Additional Qualifications

  • Basic office equipment knowledge (computer, copier, fax, multi-line phone system)
  • Computer literacy required (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.)
  • Excellent communication/customer service skills
  • Thorough and detail-oriented with a professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
  • An enthusiasm for learning
  • Pass a criminal background check
